Presale Item — Please allow 6 weeks for expected delivery from the date of purchase.

Thank you for supporting JRNEE to Christ. Each item is produced with care and intention, and we truly appreciate your patience.

Returns

We accept returns for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method minus shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage

  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jrneetochrist@yahoo.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will make it right.
